Got David and he was amazing. He explained everything and answered any questions we had.
We bought the elite package. Only bummed that the swabs from the mold he found were going to be an additional charge to send them to the lab. But he did find a leak that you could not have seen to the naked eye due to recent paint job.

We used Elite Group Property Inspections to inspect a home we are purchasing. We were able to go meet the inspectors at the property while they worked, and talk with them after they finished. They were very thorough, and took time to clearly and plainly explain the entire process and report to us. Two single family home inspections.

I utilized The Elite Group for two different home inspections this year. The first time, Robert Gardner came out to do the inspection. For the second home, I requested Robert again because he was so thorough and patient during the first inspection. For each one, he spent nearly 4 hours doing the inspection and taking photos. He kindly answered all of my questions regarding potential hazards and the costs associated. He also showed me in person all of the larger, more pertinent items to be addressed so that I could see them firsthand. There were some items I asked about that were of concern to me and he was happy to appease me.
